hi all
Ive been searching various sites and have been unable to make sense of all the forms that need to be sorted and filed or what i can do without each form. Im a 22 yr old english born citizen and have been with my american b/f for around 3 yrs. As he has joint custody of his children(who live with him) he is unable to m,ove to the uk and im considering moving relocating my 2 children and myself to the US.

Im not sure where to start he has all the relevent info to prove he can support me and my children and i will be able to work once im allowed. We would like to get married in the UK and then fly back to America and live there permantly can this be done or do we live at the country we were wed? Also if at a later date we decided to move back to england would we have to fill out visas again now that we would be married and me and my children are currently english citizens anyways?
