Bonjour,
j'espere que qq'un peut me donner de bonnes infos/tuyaux,
voila, j'ai travaille 4 ans au Pays-Bas, mon employeur vient de faire un plan de restructuration, donc je suis licencie (a partir du 1er septembre),
mon but est de revenir dans ma douce France et de toucher les assedic, legitimement.
Quelles sont les demarches a suivre?
J'ai bien entendu parler du formulaire E301, mais je galere pour me le procurer (possible online?)
Enfin, je viens de decouvrir un detail hallucinant sur le plan legal......si je reviens en France direct apres avoir travaille aux Pays-Bas, donc sans avoir re-travailler en France, je n'ai droit a presque rien........si c'est le cas, c'est vraiment debile,
est-ce-que si j'ai deja travaille en france dans le passe (avant mon expatriation) , ceci pourrait changer la donne?

ca serait sympa que Cyril puisse me renseigner alors,
sur cette meme histoire qu'il fasse retravailler au moins 1 jour (ce qui reste debile, meme ce n'est que mon avis),
le travail en France avant l'expatriation ne compte pas du tout non plus?
