Hello,
We are planning to spend two weeks in Amsterdam from dec 22nd, myself, my art proffessor uncle of 88 year and a student friend, and are looking for a no frills/no luxury apartment for that period, but have searched almost anywhere, but it all seems to be unaffordable. I am paying for accomodation and cant afford 1000 euro per week. My uncle really want to see Amsterdam before its too late and I really want to show it to him, but only if we can find some clean non luxury place to stay, which doesnt need to on the Dam Square since I remember public transport is very good.
Can anyone help or have any advise?
I would be terribly grateful!!!

Hello,
Checked that and its only hotels, and most short stay agencies offers serviced luxury apartments. If we dont find anything less expensive we are sorry tface going somewhere else.
And what we want is to come here. But not at any cost.
Still hoping though
