Hi. I am a canadian and have been living in london with my husband for almost 10 years. I'm planning a short getaway to paris but neither my husband nor any of my friends is able to join me (july 28 - aug 1, 2010). I know paris pretty well and speak passable (but certainly not fluent) french. I've got lots of fun stuff planned. Open-air cinema in parc de la villette, visit to the dreamlands exhibit at the pompidou, visiting the flea markets and food markets (maybe a cooking class). I've even managed to get a much sought-after reservation at frenchie for thursday night. I'm 40-something, easy-going with a sense of humour, not religious or political and i just love exploring paris. I'm looking for a new friend who might like to meet up for an activity or a meal. I'm happily married and am just looking for someone (probably another woman) friendly, happy and laid back like me who fancies a fun few hours in la plus belle ville du monde.
