Hi my boyfriend is applying righ now for an unmarried partner visa in his country(I´m spanish and he is albanian)we live in london and been toghether here for more than 3 years, I´m asumming we won´t have any problem to get his visa but what do we have to do later? do we have to apply for any family permit o anything from the homme office?if so, do we aply in london or in albania?

Hello, for what I understand my boyfriend will get the unmarried partner visa for 2 years and after this time if we still together he can apply for indefenitly remain so I don´t see the need to apply for a EEA2 or family permit when he cames back to london but I just want to check just in case cause i want to have everything ready if we need to do something.
Another questin, anyone knows more o less how long takes to get the visa or the aswer ones u apply for it?
