    Hi all,

    I am not a Canadian citizen but currently working in Canada (under working visa valid for 6 months - single entry).

    I want to apply for US tourist visa... what's the probability of being approved by the US embassy?

    I got approved B1/B2 valid for 10 years

    hi guys!

    Just want to inform you that I got approved a B1/B2 US visa valid for 10 years :) I applied in Vancouver though its not my country of origin. I just showed my certificate of employment and Canada work permit.

    If you will be applying for a US tourist visa, you must prove that you have a very strong permanent attachment in your country of origin, that is, you must have strong family, career, financial and business ties in your country. Once you were able to prove strong ties, then the consular office may give favorable action on your application for a tourist visa.
