Hi I am planning to Retire to Spain in April 2006 .I am 70 years old fit and healthy look in my 50's i have no health problems,I am running my own property repair business in the UK,still doing all the heavy work myself.
I am thinking of going to Nerja near Malaga,i want to rent first and then find a property to buy and renovate,i also want to start a Property maintainance business for expats, am i in the right area,Also due to my age have i any Spanish restrictions with driving, insurance etc or any other problems i may have,i do speak some Spanish.I also am self supporting as far as finance goes so i don;t have to work,Do you think i have left it too late to go to Spain?
