    Hi, I will soon be seconded to Paris office for a minimum of 2 years. I have a 2 1/2 year old son. I need advice as to which international school I should register him. Preferably the school should be within walking distance from our accomodation and be in Paris town.

    I think that the minimum age for the French school ("Maternelle") is 3 years old before december to start in september.

    while you are checking out schools get hold of the new French songs CD
    Cha Cha Cha Comme Ci Comme Ca at www.singinfrench.com. Your son will find his ear natually tuned to French after singing along to the songs. You might even learn a thing or two yourself but above all you will have fun in French while making the preparations.
