De Pijp, Jordaan, or Center?

I'm moving to Amsterdam in 2 weeks and have apartment options in Jordaan, De Pijp, and Historical Center that I like. I am a 27 year old single female and looking for an exciting area that also offers all the amenities. Which of the 3 areas would you recommend and why?

Personally I like the Jordaan. This former working-class neighborhood has an authentic Amsterdam atmosphere with many 'gezellige' bars. For a full overview of Amsterdam neighborhoods, read our article at Amsterdam neighborhoods.
