hi to the expert just i want to know how long b4 my five years visa complete or expire to apply for Permanent resident permit and the name for the form i need to fill up and all paper works .thank you very much

The application form you need depends on the type of visa you have, I mean the reason for which you got the five years residence permit because it dictates the type of application form you need.
In most cases, the Home Office suggests that you should not apply for Permanent Residence 28 days before your residence permit expires.
