    Hi,

    Can anyone give me a guess/estimate on how much the rent would be for a 1 bedroom flat in the center of Paris? A cool and young part of Paris would be great and an apartment that is sunny, with a view, and a small balcony would be nice too!! :lol:

    I think that 900 EUR is an average price for a 45 sqm (they talk in square meters in France). Prices have really rocketed for the past 3 years, and it's difficult now to find something cheaper... :(
