Postby markben » Thu Sep 15, 2005 9:57 am

do you...
...miss the green green grass of home,
...love playing football,
...like socialising meeting new people,

If so then come and join us. We are a group of expats of various nationalities who love playing & watching football. We meet up most sunday afternoons to play and during the week to watch football. We are currently enrolled in a league which is due to start in October and are looking to recruit more players. If you are interested reply to this post & we can give you more details

thanks

we do play in a league, but it is a friendly league organised by ourselves.
there are no referees so we rely on each team to show fair play!
the level of football is quite good

thanks for replying so quickly. i'd be very interested in coming to a practice, if you have them, so i can see (and so can you) whether i'd be good enough to join the squad.

can you let me know when you're next going to get together? i work in the 8th just down the road from the bowler pub so could also meet you there to discuss more if would be easier for you.

let me know

thanks
tim
