    I want to know how pardons work in poland.

    Who can be pardonded?
    Can i be pardonded for example for overstaying in poland?
    Who to contact to start the procedure for the pardon?
    How long does the pardon?

    I am a canadian citizen who overstayed his student visa in poland in my 4th year.
