Hi everyone, hope you can help me.
I am from the Philippines and my fiance is a UK national living in Spain. We are planning to get married in a UK territory soon. My question is: Does my being married to a UK national automatically allow me to live anywhere in the EU, including Spain? Or should I go back to my country and apply for a residency visa and go back to Spain? Or can I already apply for a residency visa in Spain after the marriage?
