My intention is to spend on weekend in St Petersburg together with my wife and visit some museums (Hermitage, Summer & Winter Palaces, more?). The travel schedule should be like this:

- Thursday evening leaving Helsinki to be next morning in St. Petersburg
- Friday morning walking around downtown (eventually leaving laguages to hotel reception until noon), at noon getting the hotel room / have some rest, afternoon & evening visiting the surroundings - getting accustomed.
- Saturday: museums visit program
- Sunday: other museums / places worth visiting. In the evening leaving back to Helsinki.

My wife speaks russian (is an almost forgotten language for her, but she manage to understand it and express herself).

I am open to any suggestions for:

- travelling (bus / train / minibus)
- accomodation (hotels - prices)
- visiting (schedule / places)
- others (eg. things worth to be bought there, evening life, security...)

We are on a limited budget (should be max 500 eur).
