Moving to Zurich

Hi, my name is Laurita I'm brazilian and I live in NY. My husband is getting transfered to Zurich. I'd like to know how hard is to get a english-speaking job there. How is to live in Zurich? How is the climate and the people? It's hard to adapt and make friends? Do people speak english fluently? Please help me! Thanks!!! :D
