I'm a French citizen married to a pakistani man.I have a 10 years old child from a previous relationship and we might have to join my husband in Pakistan if he does not get a visa to France.

I was wondering what kind of visa my child and me could get?Am I entitled to a spouse visa if I have a Nikah Nama?But what about my child?My husband is not his father, can he still get a kind of settlement visa to Pakistan, or maybe a tourist visa which we could extend once we are there?
If my son has his own passport, would the pakistani embassy here in France ask me for a permission from his father to deliver a visa to him?
