I am a frech student in intership in Montreal. I anm looking for a roomate (woman) to share a nice flat (4 ½) on the “plateau”.
The flat is completely renovated. It’s near from metro Laurier and Mont Royal: 10min walk, bus, supermarket, gym, bakery, laundry on the corner of the street, Jeanne Mance park: 2min walk.
Balcony /Non-smoker /High speed Internet
Furnished Room if you want: double bed, desk, dresser and dressing-room
425$ a month + common expenditures (Internet, electricity)
The room is available from the beginning of January to June 2010
