I married non-eu national in May/11 and we applied for eea2 residence card in july/11 so that we can travel with ease. His visa was expired in Mar/11. After One week since we applied for RC, UKBA burst into our home and woke up my husband from our bed. They charged him under overstayer offence and subsequently refused our EEA2 application. Refusal letter says that 'Our marriage is marriage of convenience and 'Discrepancies found during the interviews '. We appealed against this indiscriminate decision and our hearing is on 02/sep/11.

We are seeking for advice from everyone. Therefore your input would be highly appreciated. If someone has gone through similar situation , can he/she shed some light?
