    I am a British Citizen and plan on marrying my US boyfriend next year IN the US.

    However, one of the key issues is my ability to work. I am self employed (project manager), love my career, and have offers of contract work in New York if i a can prove to these employers that i am legally able.

    It is also key that i spend as little time as possible out of work (as otherwise we would be financially stuffed)

    My questions are

    1. What is the best/quickest method for me to come to the US AND be able to work as soon as possible?

    2. Is there any way that i can work both in the UK and the US and go between countries?

    Any help really appreciated?
