    Buona sera a tutti :)
    Siamo due donne di 40 & 50 anni con una gran voglia di aprire un B&B in Marocco
    Vorremmo avere informazioni locali, tipo se ci sono impedimenti per la gestione totale al femminile, se sia facile trovare personale professionale e preparato, i costi (indicativi) degli stipendi. Mi chiedevo se grossi ipermercati (tipo Ikea, Carrefour) siano presenti sul territorio Marocchino.
    Ci piacerebbe molto poter “parlare” con chi abbia già un’attività in loco.
    Grazie per tutte le informazioni & suggerimenti vogliate darci.

    We are 2 Italian women 40 & 50 y.o. and we are dreaming to open a B & B in Morocco.
    We would be very grateful if we could read some local info like if there are problems for a managing all done by women, if it easy to find experienced workers, the average cost of the wages. I was wondering if great supermarket like Ikea or Carrefour are easy to find in Morocco.
    We really appreciate the possibility to “talk” to someone who already has a reasturant/B&B or hotel in Morocco.
    Any other information is very well welcomed! Many thanks for all the info & suggestions you can pass us.

    Hello,

    Here in Fes we have one large supermarket - Marjane, and two smaller ones - Acima and Label Vie. A Carrefour is under construction and should be completed this year.

    There is a large pool of educated, multi-lingual workers in Fes. Wages begin around 150 Euro a month. Tourism services is a popular study program at the local universities.

    I would be more than happy to answer any additional questions you may have. I am an American who has lived in Fes since 2008. I am a parter in a local real estate agency and have many contacts throughout the city.
