Je pensais plutôt à une personne qui a fait carrière à londres et dont la vie ( enfants, épouse, amis...) se trouve là. Personne qui ne voudra pas nécessairement revenir sur le continent pour finir ses jours.
Si vous habitez chelsea ou south-kensington, avez-vous un nom ou une addresse de maison de retraite à me donner?
