hi. newbie here i'm in manila now but will be working in geneva soon for a year. haven't lived in europe before.

would appreciate any recommendations on reasonably-priced apartmts near or around avenue appia.

tried searching on the web (e.g. immostreet.ch, geneveimmobilier.ch) but most sites are in french.

would it be better to just look for a furnished place or get an unfurnished flat/apartment and buy stuff (bed, tv, etc)?

which would be a better time/season when looking for an apartment, early december or early january?
