Hello everyone

I'm hoping you can help me with some research I'm doing into the expat market in the Middle East. I'm most interested to hear about expats experiences of living and working in the UAE, Saudi, Qatar and Jordan, particulary in the current economic climate.

I was wondering if this is something any of the members here would be able to help me with?

I have a couple of questions really:
1. What is it like for expats in where you live in the Middle East now, and how has it changed for you over the past year or so?
2. What attracted you to work in the Middle East?
3. What drives expats to leave when the time comes to move on from where you live and the Middle East in general?
