Ca me parait super douteux, mais depuis que le DSS fait partie du DWP, on dirait qu'il faut aller au JobCentre pour en avoir un (comme je l'ai dit, ca me parait super douteux) : http://www.dwp.gov.uk/localoffice/search/En tout cas, va deja les voir la, ca peut pas faire de mal  : Edgware Road Jobcentre 182 Edgware Road London W2 1ET Telephone: 020 78534411

Par ailleurs tu peux regarder sur la page sur le National Insurance Number sur Easy Expat. Il y a un numero de telephone ou ils pourront te renseigner sur le centre le plus proche de chez toi.
