My name is Horacio. I am a mechanical Engineer and live in Venezuela. I am recently learning German but I would like to learn german in Germany or Austria.

Is there a posibility that I can find a job as an engineer in germany or austria?
I don't have European Passport so I think this is going to be a little more difficult. Does anybody know any portal where I can find jobs in those countries?

I will appreciate anything that anybody can do.
