JOB AVAILABILITIES IN LONDON

Postby Elena58 » Wed Jan 20, 2010 3:23 pm

Hello! Because of the bad working situation in Italy, my husband who is Italian and 48 years old, is looking for employment in the UK. He is an expert sales man and has worked in pizza bars, restaurants. It is so hard finding a secure job in Italy. We are thinking of going to the UK in mid March 2010 to seek some possibilities. Can anyone tell me about the job situation there ? Do you know of anyone having found a job in a hotel/restaurant over the age of 45 ?
Please let me know. Thanks in advance!
My email is dose@ictp.it

Why don't you try online ?

Try the job center plus site maybe ? it would be easier and you can get more specific information.

Good luck

We tried sending many applications but have not received any reply. I suppose we have to keep trying or go there in person.
Thanks for your suggestion.
