I am in the process of compiling a list of 20 - 25 good Japanese restaurants to seek out in Tokyo, this is for an app I am developing to help tourists to the city. I would love to know what your favourites are.

Can you please send me the name, address (and website, if any) of your favourite Japanese restaurant / cafe / bar. Also if possible can you indicate what hours they operate if you know.

They just need to fit the following parameters to be considered for the app;
They are an authentic Japanese style
They have an English menu or English speaking staff available.
They are relatively easy to find being near the major metro stations a typical tourist / businessman would find themselves frequenting.
They need to be good value, ie not outrageously expensive.

The first person who sends me the details of any restaurant I use in the app will get a free copy of the app once it is completed.
