Urgent help please.I have been corresponding for over a year now with a beautiful lady in Cebu (phillipines) I plan to visit her in December this year (2006) and hopefully be able to bring her back with me with intentions to be wed in the future,All our correspondence has been via internet and a limited number of phone calls.I stored all evidence of our chat on Yahoo and Emails on my computer but have lost everything due to a virus.( yes i should have saved to disc i know,please don't rub it in) Help / advice on the best / quickest way (visa type)for her to be allowed into England / UK is urgently required as to be honest i'm not sure where to start.There is so much information (i have printed off lots )which is at times baffling.Can anyone please give us some advice in easy terms.Your help would be greatly appreciated.Will the fact i recive benefit at the moment affect me,i recieve incapacity benefit but intend to return to work soon

Can you as a UK citizen enter the Phillippines on a visitor visa and get married... does the same apply if you are a Phillipine entering the UK on a visitors visa. Can you get married or do you have to have applied for a visa to marry. Can anyone tell me please
