    Hi

    I am a sri lankan and i havespent 7 years in UK with my family.% years as a student ans 2 years as a working holiday . My doughter was born i UK and she started her education here.I don't wantto go back to mycountry and break her education.On her side she also has to face very dificult situation with different education system different language.
    Can i claim indefinite leave in UK ?

    After 5 years you can claim for permanent residency. Why don't you ask?
