est-il tres difficile d'immigrer au canada(toronto)? que dois je faire ? comment cela se passe pour le logement et le travail? et que devons nous fournir? j'ai entendu dire que l'entrée au canada se passe sur dossier c'est vrai?

En effet, c'est de l'immigration choisie. Médecins, informaticiens,... sont des immigrants demandés.

alors que moi j'ai 19 ans , je termien mes étude en 2007 ( technicien supérieure en informatique de maintenance )
nationallité algerienne !
est ce que je serai accepté !
*quel est le dossier a fournir et si c'est possible sur le web ?

tu as 19ans tu peux demander un PVT c'est le plus simple c'est un visa qui te permet de travailler pour n'importe quel employeur :)
