Hi:
My name is Benjamin. I've got a bed to rent in a 3 bedroom flat, which is situated in central south London, zone 4, in Penge, close to Cristal Palace bus Station.

Each bedroom is to sharing with a mate. 59 pound/week ( you don’t have to pay any bill), 2 weeks deposit. Free internet, free phone line, and digital camera.
The house is in a main street 10 minutes walking to “Norwood Junction Train Station”, which is to 13 minutes by train to “London Bridge Train Station” (that have underground), and 4 minutes to “East Croydon train Station”.
5 bus routes (include night route to/from Oxford Circus…. )provides at only 15 metres from the house.

We're 3 Spanish males and 2 females, ages between 20-30.We´re easy going, like parties, tobacco, alcohol, but we don’t smoke marijuana or such as things. If you need to know more, or me to send you some photos etc… please send to:
