Right now my boyfriend and I are discussing different ideas, one being him just coming over in June for good and us getting married and filing for the papers for the spousal thing. I had read a post about someone had suggested that the person just come over as a vistor with the visa waiver program, get married, and start the paperwork, and the person would be able to work while all of that was being sorted. Any idea how long this would take before the person could work?
