How to find a job in South Africa

Postby EasyExpat » Fri Mar 19, 2010 10:51 am

Hi,

If you live in South Africa or are planning to move and made already some research you can help in sharing your experience.

What is the best way to find a job in South Africa? Is it better to go there on holiday and search? Do you register on some website? Do you use recruitment agencies in South Africa?

You can help and share information on:
 Useful websites to find a job in South Africa.
 Do you use newspaper? Online information sites?
 Recruitment agencies? Have you got their contact?
 Other ways/advice for getting a job?

Thanks in advance for sharing your experience with the community :)

You can visit SA by volunteering for example or by being an au pair girl, you will be supervised locally and get to meet other volunteers or au pairs
We run various volunteering projects in schools, hospitals, daycare and orphanages.
We also run an au pair programme where you can work for a SA family and earn a bit of pocket money. Duration of au pair stay must be 12 months, you must be aged btw 18 and 24 years old and be able to drive.
Visit www.theenglishcorner.fr for specific volunteering and au pair programmes in South Africa
