How to find a job in Serbia

Postby EasyExpat » Fri Mar 19, 2010 10:10 am

Hi,

If you live in Serbia or are planning to move and made already some research you can help in sharing your experience.

What is the best way to find a job in Serbia? Is it better to go there on holiday and search? Do you register on some website? Do you use recruitment agencies in Serbia?

You can help and share information on:
 Useful websites to find a job in Serbia.
 Do you use newspaper? Online information sites?
 Recruitment agencies? Have you got their contact?
 Other ways/advice for getting a job?

Thanks in advance for sharing your experience with the community :)

Websites:

http://www.reed.co.uk/LocalJobs/Serbia
http://www.resumark.com/jobs/location/Serbia
In a blog someone mentions registering a profile on LinkedIn.com
http://poslovi.infostud.com/ - very useful site, unfortunately most of it is only in Serbian
sr.boljiposao.com/

For what I could find these are the best (functional) sites.

PS. unemployment in Serbia in 2010 was around 20% - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economy_of_Serbia

Hi,

One of best option to find a job is to post a resume on serbian job boards such as http://www.poslovi-oglasi.com

If you are interested in local regulatory agency, try visiting http://www.nsz.gov.rs/

Good luck!
