Just a thought from me. I am living in Philippines and the best way to acquire a job is to be prepared for the Job Interview. This can be done by researching about the company that you wish to apply for. Also, be neat. always bring all the requirements such as SSS, birth certificate, employment certificate, valid id's etc. you won't get a hard time once you all have this things. i hope that helps you.

Find the job at Philippines for non citizen is hard.

First you need to be legall here. Second after one year of extension visa its possible get resident card. But resident card still not allow to work. If you are resident then you are free from paying every second month few thousands pesos for visa extensions.

To be legal here and work best is own investment. But like I said own business need invest your own money. Regular job its almost impossible. Philippinian law reserve job positions to Philippinian citizen not a foreigners. Only if you have good pension then its possible to be here legally for longtime.
