Having a dilemma! I was intending to return to Indonesia in late June to be with my Indonesian fiance and possible get married there too... but plans have been scuppered much to mine and his disappointment.. So I was thinking that maybe I could bring him over here (UK), as either just a general visitor or possibly to get married here...
I think he would have to return to Indonesia without me though as funds just don't allow either of of to stay together permanently just yet.. we just want to be husband and wife, until the time comes when we can be together always.
The problem is he is not working, and I am a student on benefits here...I dont know how much financially he has to prove he has to enter the country (either as just a general visitor or on a marriage visa) and how much I have to prove I have as well! I have some savings and can afford to get him a ticket and look after him while he's here...its just proving both out financial status that is confusing me, I could possibly put money into his account to cover his side etc. but I can't find any info on how much these requirements are! I'd basically have to cover both sides, and was wondering does anyone know the amounts for 6 months stay?
We are both so very much in love and its killing us being apart, we just want to be together again asap someone please help! thankyou!
