To make a long story short, i'm french live in Paris, he is canadian lives in Baltimore (Maryland). We've met each other 1 year ago. He is student and work too but has got a visa, i don't. Since the begin of the year i started to search for information in order to get a visa and a job to live with him. I would like to move next january.
1) Do you know if we get married, i could have a chance to get a visa and then get a job ? I have the impression that it only works with us citizen. Is that true, if i am his wife i can't live with him???
2) Where could i find the list of french companies in Virginia or Maryland ? I tried on the website of UBIFRANCE but it didn't help.
3) Do u think that consulat or french chamber of commerce could help ??
4) Do attorneys specialized in immigration could help?
I really need positive thoughts and that people share with me same experiences.
