My wife and I will be moving to France in September. We want to know if and how we access the French Health Care System.

I appreciate the answer. Unfortunately, those pages do not help me understand whether I can access the French insurance even with Sarkozy's changes. Can I access the CPAM and the e-116?

    What Sarkozy changes?
For information about European medical card (short term coverage) you need to get the card in your country. For regsitration into the CPAM, you can get directly the information from them.
