OK so we're two quite funny guys looking for a room mate who has a good sense of humour, too !

We have a nice 6 rooms + 1 bathroom apartment that is located on Champlain street, 15 minutes away (walk) from downtown and everything: restaurants, hot spots to go out to, shopping, parcs, etc..

The room is furnished and comes with all the services (internet, tv, electricity, heating, bed sheets, etc...). The bedroom has a large wardrobe that can fit any girl's extra clothes !

The room is available July 1st 2009, until when you decide to leave !

The apartment is very nice, honestly. I will email pictures to anyone interested because I can't seem to find anywhere to upload them on this website!

OK so who are we.

Two friends who've known each other since high school, and who work for their own company in 1) website company and 2) accountant firm.

We're very, very easy-going, and it's the 3rd time we put this apartment for rent. The first person was from Switzerland and she decided to come back work here full-time, and the other girl, from Paris, has decided she would literally ask her permanent residency to Canada. That's how beautiful life can be with us !! )

Oh and by the way we speak English and French so international students are welcome!
