these are the languages a speak (plus some italian) and I am desperately looking for a job in pavia/milano.......any ideas? :)

The best place to start is the Expat Guide to Milan. It offers information about all aspects of moving abroad, including finding work. Also try Expat Job Listings in Italy, and connecting with expats through the network and expat blogs in Italy.
