    I have a few questions on the Dependent Visa on 2 scenarios:
    a) when spouse is on a Student Visa in UK
    b) when spouse and I are applying together for Graduate Route Visa

    Questions on Scenario a) Applying for Dependent Visa when spouse is on Student Visa

    1. I and my spouse are in a relationship (but not living together because of Indian culture),
    since last 3 years, and it has been 7 days since we have legally married.
    WHAT EVIDENCE/DOCUMENTS WOULD WE NEED TO PROVE OUR RELATIONSHIP?

    2. How many days does it take for the dependent visa to arrive?


    Questions on Scenario b)
    Applying for Dependent Visa when spouse is applying for graduate route visa

    1. When applying for Graduate route visa with spouse in UK, within 1 month of getting the Dependent visa on spouse's Student visa:
    WHAT EVIDENCE/DOCUMENTS WOULD WE NEED TO PROVE OUR RELATIONSHIP, if I and my spouse are in a relationship (but not living together because of Indian culture),
    since last 3 years, and it has been 60 days since we have legally married?

    The processing time of a dependent visa application depends on the country you are applying to. But, it generally takes 15 working days to process the UK Dependent Visa to ... two months.
    If you are married, you should only need to provide your marriage certificate. In theory you only need to prove that you have been in a relationship for more than 2 years (and in your case that's difficult as you did not live together) if you are not married.

    Hi Cyril.. Thanks for your response. The Country is India. Are you aware of any ways in which we can prove our 2 years relationship history. We have photos, videos, with each other since last 3 years.

    But you said: "it has been 7 days since we have legally married" so you do not need to prove a 2 years relationship as you are married now I think.
