    Hello and welcome!

Are there any places that you can recommend to meet other expatriates in Chad ?

You might already have some experience of nightlife/happenings around there; can you give any advice for new comers who want to meet people and discover Chad ? Are there clubs, groups, or places that are helpful in meeting new people?

Thanks in advance for you tips and for sharing your experience!

    hello,
there are various restaurants for eating out.
    centrale,la-residence,kempinsky, cote-jardin,carnivore,perception,layalina,l'Olympia.

    famous coffee shop is L'amandine.
For night outs, carnivore opens from 1900h to 2300h where you get to see some live performances by dancers. La- residence has karaoke on weekends - evenings.
@l'oympia, there's a lounge too which in some weekends has live performance.

The most frequented club by expatriates is Picolo. we have also VIP and Blues clubs.

I preferred barbecue on Saturday evenings at kempinsky, followed by drinks at L'olympia and then club at piccolo.

we have other clubs away from town like kirikou,Rex.

Most expatriates however prefer house parties. in house parties you get to meet very many new friends. Other ways of meeting up is watching cinemas at normandine, swimming at Novotel and meridian and also kempinsky hotels.

It's always interesting to party in groups.
