Hi, just wondering if anyone could possibly shed some light on how long visas are taking to get processed at the UK High Commission in Canberra at the mo?? I have applied as a dependant of my husband's UK Ancestry Visa and am wondering how long I should be expecting to wait for this to be processed (if at all).

Well me and my husband applied for our UK spouse dependent visa to Canberra on 15th May - we didnt get confimation that it had arrived til 4th June, and are still waiting....apparantly these are taking up to 12 weeks to process, although recently the website said it was more like 8 weeks....so just watch and wait I suppose!! I am hoping for this to come through in July as waiting is a killer! Good luck and keep us posted on how things go.
