One agency listed, seek.com.au, shows:

an online job search facility (211,319 jobs listed at 7/7/08 but only 104,105 jobs listed at 23/4/09) 136,000 jobs listed in march 2010

this gives an idea of how the job situation may have changed between 2008 and 2010
