✎ EN Entering UK on 1 way ticket?

    hey everyone

    i just have one question

    my wife still didnt come to me as i wasnt in the house for the past few weeks (workin in another place in the UK) ANYWAY she is comin on a one way ticket my questions is will the immigration officer at the airport wont let her in because she came on one way ticket or it doesnt matter, because she isnt coming for holiday she comin to live with me and we are goin to apply for FMRS, anyway i would like you to help me please with my question!!!!

    I read the topic

    i can see all of them are comin to the UK for a while, but my wife is comin to stay here with me at least for one year without travelling outside the UK,

    so i thought that family permit allows her to stay here without any problems..

    not anymore. atleast not in the us. and i'm sure uk is the same.

    no my wife came to the uk in november with one way ticket and she is holding an eea family permit writen on it to join spouse and she had no problem at

    so i think on eea family permit its ok

    it's the first time i hear about it! my husbnad came with one way ticket and family permit only! family permit is being issued TO JOIN or ACCOMPANY a spouse and not VISIT!

    one way ticket

    Hi there, I am Canadian, and want to travel in the UK, however, I only have a one way ticket, will this be a problem?
