French/ English in London :)

Postby Queen Vic » Wed Aug 25, 2004 7:54 am

Hi,

I'd love to meet people with a French interest/ background-
I lived in Paris 2 years ago for 18months, and sometimes miss it!

Conversation exchange would be great, as I'm scared I'm losing my savoir-faire (if I ever had any!)

I'm pretty sociable though and also interested in French culture- so if anyone just fancies going to the cinema/ theatre.............

Drop me a line! :)

:wave:Hi Cyril -
thanks for the reply.
This sounds like it could be fun.
I'm not sure if I can make it this week- is it a regular thing?

If you can send more info, that'd be great!
:-)

Nothing official and not related to EasyExpat... that's all I can say.
If you can make it, I will be great. If not just keep an eye on the forums and I'm sure you will find other opportunities.
On the other hand, EasyExpat might organise something in October...

Salut Moutarde- unusual name!

Am definitely still interested.
Why don't you tell me a bit more about yourself?

I'm 25 and work in Marylebone, London.
Just started a new job, and only been in London for 4 weeks!

Why don't you send me some more contact details?
Look forward to hearing from you

Sarah

Hi sarah

Hum.. what can I say to present myself  I'm 24, I come from Paris... As you can imagine Moutarde is not my real name (fortunately).

My english is not fluent at all ... that's why I'm looking for conversation exchange.

If you want you can send me an e-mail at this address : wm2zmk6evr4zdur@jetable.com
(I know it's a curious address : it's just a temporary e-mail : so I can write it in a forum on Internet)

bye

Hi Benoit,

Just dropping a quick line from work :oh:
Bit paranoid who is over my shoulder!

Anyway, you sound good fun.
What sort of law do you do?

And have you been to Notting Hill a lot?

Be happy to give you any help I can on the old flat hunting, but if money's not an issue, then just call a good agency! Much less hassle.

Anyway, if you want to chat, why not send your Email?

Hi Eric,

Am hoping to meet Moutarde next week.

If it goes well, shall we all three try and meet up?

Maybe do something cultural?
If that sounds good, then I'll keep you posted

:-)
