French Citizen E2 in Ny Marry Canadian Citizen to Work in Ny

Hi,

i'm a french citizen working in new york (e-2 visa under a french expat contract) and i will marry with my girlfriend, canadian citizen, currently living in montreal, in order to have her living and working in new york with me.

What kind of visa does she need ? What is the best process ? :geek:
