    I am from Panama and my husband is from poland. I need to know for how long does the family permit resident stamp is valid for. I am so confuse abuot this. I have sent my application for a FMRS back in May and just today I received a certification of application. Unfortunatly I need to go to my country and I doNT KNOWWHAT TO DO..

    Hi,
    I am Indian and my wife is Hungarian.
    I applied FMRS in 2007 Jan and They gave me FMRS IN JUNE it took 3 months. FMRS is a valid for one year and after that you can apply for EEA1 form.

    FOR APPLYING FMRS YOUR HUSBAND ( WHO IS FROM EEA\EU COUNTRY)
    MUST HAVE WRS ( WORK REGISTRATION SCHEME).
