Hello,

My fiancee is a dual US / Venezuelan citizen. She has parents living in Spain with a Spanish passport. We would like to move to Spain down the road to be closer to both her and my parents (who live in Russia). As I understand, the family regrouping residence allows for her to go to Spain and receive nationality; however, I am not sure of how the whole process works. Does anybody else have any experience in this? Also, are there any other ways for her given that she holds a passport for an ex-Spanish colony?
